These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the information you submit through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms should be read together with any program-specific or enrolment terms we share with you before you pay. If there is a conflict, the enrolment terms for your program will apply to that program.

NextGen Analytics Academy is a career-focused training academy offering live, online Power BI programs, including weekend batches, real-world projects, career guidance and a certificate of completion.

Submitting the enquiry form is a request for information. It is not an application, an admission, or a confirmed seat. We will contact you using the details you provide to discuss the program, schedule and enrolment details.

Enrolment is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing and, where applicable, after your payment has been received and confirmed. Places are subject to availability. We may decline or postpone an enquiry or enrolment where we have a reasonable reason to do so, subject to applicable law and our refund terms.

• Programs are delivered live online. Batch dates, timings, duration, instructors, curriculum and platform may be adjusted for reasons such as instructor availability, holidays, technical issues or low enrolment. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of material changes.
• Session recordings may be provided for revision, but recordings are not guaranteed for every session.
• You are responsible for the device, internet connection and software needed to attend sessions.

This website does not display pricing or process payments. Payment terms are set out in writing before enrolment and in your enrolment confirmation.

Payment amounts may change for future batches, but changes will not affect a confirmed enrolment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Our refund and cancellation terms are shared with you before you pay and form part of your enrolment confirmation. Please read them before making a payment.

If we cancel a batch before it starts and cannot offer you a suitable alternative batch, we will refund the amount paid for that batch or offer a credit, as communicated at enrolment. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

All course content, recordings, dashboards, files, templates, text, design and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When you enrol, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning. You must not record, copy, share, resell, publish or redistribute the materials, or share your access with anyone else.

When attending sessions or communicating with us, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
• disrupt sessions or the learning experience of others;
• record sessions without our permission;
• share access, materials or recordings with others;
• use the program or materials for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or remove access for a serious or repeated breach, subject to our refund terms and applicable law.

A Certificate of Completion is issued when you meet the completion criteria communicated for your batch, such as attendance, assignments and project work. The certificate recognises completion of the program. It is not a guarantee of employment, placement or income.

This website uses or links to third-party services, including Google Forms, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, email and website hosting. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content or practices.

The content on this website and in our programs is provided for educational purposes. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and programs may change.

Nothing on this website is a promise of a job, placement, salary or career outcome. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, arising from your use of this website or participation in a program.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our programs, payment terms or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
